About Misty Skaggs

“Misty Skaggs is an artist, poet, independent scholar and ridge runnin’ radical, born and raised in the backwoods of Eastern Kentucky where she still resides. Skaggs’ first poetry chapbook, Biscuits and Blisters, was published in 2018 by Workhorse and in 2019, look for her first full length collection from Ohio University Press entitled Planted by the Signs.”
